With enthusiasm, Michel describes to us his working environment. We then ask him to talk about his education. "I've been lucky", confides Michel with a wink. From his very fast speech and playful tone, it is easy to imagine a turbulent child, always ready to do all kind of mischievous deeds. Not at all. He is a wise boy who remembers a happy childhood in a cozy family cocoon.

So much so that he will not leave it until the age of thirty-three. His father explains to him that to be fine in life, you have to be serious. He is. But at the dawn of eleventh grade, motivation declines. An advisor re-motivates him by telling him about a French BEP [Professional Studies Certificate] in accounting. Having obtained it brilliantly, he gets back on the saddle to a G2 section Baccalauréat [High School diploma] in which accounting is king. The results are good. Michel is advised to train his focus on higher education. But he prefers a shorter track to enter the workforce more quickly. His decision is made, it will be a BTS [Superior Technical Certificate]. He then goes on to a Master's degree in management.

This is how Michel starts working in 2012 on the Geodis project and got to know many of his current colleagues. In 2017, he left salaried work for self-employed status and operates for the Saur group. "Meanwhile, Geodis had separated from Flexmind to join FiveForty°. Jonathan calls me to suggest that I take over as a subcontractor on Geodis while keeping my new status", summarizes the Dynamics finance consultant. "Anyway, when Jonathan wanted to set up his structure, I didn't hesitate for a second.” The one that luck has never let go specifies: "Here, we do not feel the weight of the organization, the family aspect is palpable. This social link added to the diversity of clients, is what makes you want to work with them." °
