Christophe Lucchini: GC Aesthetics is one of the worldwide
leaders for esthetic services, in particular in the production,
distribution and sale of breast implants. But our portfolio also
comprises products linked to reconstructive surgery, especially
that of extensively burned people. Our company is active on
an international level thanks to its several offices and
manufacturing facilities located abroad.
You also offer continued support to the medical profession
CL: Of course. We have designed a range of supports via the
GCA Academy, our online training platform that allows plastic
surgeons and doctors VIP access to video tutorials, economic
advice or information on best practices in terms of esthetic
medicine.
"A need for migration"
What are your needs in terms of ERP?
CL: Our ERP needs concern all aspects of the branch, especially
logistics, production and finance. Our current priority remains,
however, to proceed to the migration our current ERP version,
Microsoft AX 2012, towards a more recent version: D365 FO.
How did you come to work with FiveForty°?
CL: Collaboration with FiveForty° started in Janary 2020 and
was initiated by my predecessor: David Beot. Since, it has not
stopped getting stronger.
What balance can you draw from this collaboration?
CL: Clearly, I am seeing a true “rise in power”, both for GCA and
FiveForty°. I also think that this collaboration has allowed the
development of the human resources of each of the entities,
and this, thanks to the successful completion of large common
projects (ERP migration, restructuring, etc.). Today, I can
confidently say that FiveForty° and GC Aesthetics work hand
in hand on all the ERP projects.
These days, what’s the biggest challenge you are trying to
address with FiveForty°?
CL: Presently, we have two. The first one is the complete
restructuring of the logistic flows of our company. The second
is the migration of our obsolete AX 2012 ERP version towards
the Dynamics 365 FO version.
"Responsive professionals"
What do you appreciate the most by FiveForty°?
CL: This is a difficult question as we nous appreciate many
things by FiveForty°. Personally, the two elements that
I appreciate the most are their professionalism and their
responsiveness.
Would there be some points where improvement could happen?
CL: We all have areas of improvements whether its GCA or
FiveForty°. Speaking of FiveForty°, I’d say that it’s mostly the
prioritization of resources and visibility in the project
management aspect. For instance, in the advancement of
the tasks, key steps for the customer.
What would you say to a friend when recommending FiveForty°?
CL: If you are looking for a solid integrator, capable of evolving
together with its customers, to support them in large projects,
I recommend you FiveForty°.
On which aspects would advise them to be on the lookout?
CL: I would advise them to be attentive to the back and forth
between the FiveForty° experts and the customer to avoid
going down the proverbial technical rabbit hole in project
follow-up meetings.
In your opinion and in three words, how does FiveForty° differ
from the other?
CL: FiveForty° stands out from other BTCs [Business and Technology Consultants] by its responsiveness, flexibility and its professionalism.
From 1 to 5, what grade for your relationship with FiveForty°?
CL: 4, since for me a grade of 5 means there is no more possible
improvement. And well, everybody can improve. A 4 remains a
very good grade because FiveForty° is a very good partner.
