"If I had a dream?... It would be to see in the same spot the mountains and the sea together." Of Bizerte, his birthplace located at the northern edge of Africa, Wiem retains the deep attachment to the beauty of the Mediterranean.

During her childhood the landscapes, the beaches and the sea inspired him. She writes poems, reads a lot of Arabic poetry. A passion that would have taken her to other horizons if another had not taken over: Mathematics. Poetry does not prevent ambition. A very good student, Wiem always wanted to be at the top of the class. A math baccalauréat [High School degree] with honors, she enters preparatory mathematics and physics classes for two years. Then follow three years of computer engineering in Tunis.

Internships follow one after theanother, then for three years, various professional

Experiences make Wiem a true BTC [Business Technical Consulting] specialist.

A consulting and technology service firm spotted her on LinkedIn.

"Tunisia and Morocco are famous for being cradles for training of computer

engineers", underlines Wiem with a slight touch of pride. A few Skype interviews

later, she is recruited and arrives in France. The firm puts her on immediately as a

service provider at Vente Privée (now VeePee).

Two years later, driven by the desire to pursue other projects, she leaves the firm

and the online sales platform. Her goal: an integrator who can offer her important

missions and especially on the new version of Microsoft Dynamics 365. She targets

FiveForty° and contacts Diana on LinkedIn. In charge of recruiting, the latter is

convinced of the motivation as much as of the skills of Wiem. She organizes a first

meeting with Jérôme and Alexandre, in a café. The current flows, Diana's

impressions are confirmed and Wiem joins the very young start up.

Size Matters

"The size of the structure corresponded to my aspirations. It was for me a pledge

of listening, of attention and opportunities to advance my career faster than within

sprawling organizations where it sometimes takes years to begin to exist",

summarizes Wiem, who also appreciates the human qualities, the warmth and the

expertise shown by the partners during her meeting. She is hired as a technical

consultant on developer assignments on the three versions of Microsoft Dynamics

2009, 2012 and 365. "I share my time on two clients. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

at MPO International. Thursday and Friday are dedicated to GC Aesthetics on 365

Finance & Operations,” says Wiem. She makes changes to reports, interfaces,

receives bug tickets which she likes to solve.

Monumental curiosity

And then there was the lock-down in Paris. Not easy when you love the great

outdoors and nature. Never mind. Wiem made patience her best friend: "For two

months, I took advantage of this period to improve myself further and train myself

on the evolutions of Dynamics 365." When asked about her impressions of her

arrival in Paris, Wiem remembers having wanting to see all the monuments of the

capital, starting with the Louvre, from top to bottom. None seems to have escaped

her curiosity. Today she continues to run through Paris and to stroll through the city

parks with her friends. She adores the teamwork at FiveForty° and would rather

appreciate instead of an office, a large open space, commensurate with her future

prospects. "I would like to be part of major assignments that would make it

possible for me to travel around the world. Also becoming more and more of an

expert in ERP." °
